Snappy Bit
Snappy Bit is a tool accessory company that was founded in 2020 by a roofer who discovered these products whilst working in Australia. These Snappy Bits were designed for pre-drilling and were sold individually at a substantial cost. Following his move back to New Zealand, encountering difficulty finding suitable-sized adapters, he and his apprentices had to carry two drills on their tool belts which eventually led him to his lightbulb moment. To replicate, re-design, mass-produce and pioneer them as “Snappy Bits” after the term commonly used by tradesmen. The founder aimed to bring the product to the market and make it available at one of the biggest hardware stores across New Zealand and Australia, thus ensuring its accessibility to all. Over a two-and-a-half-year process, the founder developed the product and sourced the best manufacturers worldwide making sure to use high-quality and durable raw materials. Today, Snappy Bit’s are available at Bunnings New Zealand with the scope to expand to Australia and all Bunnings stores across the globe. They have quickly become a reputable and a widely used brand across the construction industry. The company’s product lines include various adapters designed to make life simpler and more efficient. Snappy Bit continues to innovate and improve its products to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
What is a Snappy Bit?
A Snappy Bit is a ¼ Inch hex head drill bit adapter.
A wax/oil coating makes it water resistant.
The matte black oxide finish reduces corrosion, friction and a water-resistant wax/oil coating adds an extra layer of protection.
